We believe in showing every line item, so here’s the honest version:

  • Streamlining Surcharge — $75 per rental. Covers our day-to-day cost of running a reliable service (dispatch, fleet, compliance, support). Applies to every rental.
  • Fuel Surcharge — 6%. Helps absorb diesel price swings. Calculated on add-on charges only, not your base rate.

Taxes & Payment

  • 8.5% Texas sales tax
  • 2.9% card processing fee on credit/debit payments

Why We Keep a Card on File

Here’s the honest reason: we don’t know your final bill until after we pick up the dumpster.

The landfill weighs every load when we drop it off and gives us a certified scale ticket. That ticket tells us your exact disposal charge — and it’s usually the biggest line item on your invoice. We can’t quote it upfront because it depends on what (and how much) you actually throw in.
Keeping a card on file means:

We only charge for what’s actually in your contract. If something ever looks off, call us — we’ll pull up the scale ticket together.
