Why We Keep a Card on File
Here’s the honest reason: we don’t know your final bill until after we pick up the dumpster.
The landfill weighs every load when we drop it off and gives us a certified scale ticket. That ticket tells us your exact disposal charge — and it’s usually the biggest line item on your invoice. We can’t quote it upfront because it depends on what (and how much) you actually throw in.

Keeping a card on file means:
No paperwork after the job. Your final invoice is processed automatically within 5 business days of pickup.
No back-and-forth. You don’t have to chase us down to settle up, and we don’t have to chase you.
Full transparency. Every charge — disposal weight, scale ticket, fees — shows up in your online dashboard. You can review and download anything, anytime
We only charge for what’s actually in your contract. If something ever looks off, call us — we’ll pull up the scale ticket together.
A Few Important Things
Weight limit (6,000 lbs) is a federal DOT rule for our trucks — not a free disposal allowance. You pay $0.09/lb on every pound.
Recurring rentals keep billing until you cancel through the same channel you booked with. No prorated refunds mid-cycle.
Either of us can end the rental with 24 hours’ notice.
Damage to driveways, lawns, septic systems, etc. caused by our truck or the dumpster isn’t on us — heavy equipment leaves marks.
Disputes go to binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas — not court, and not as part of a class action. But honestly? Call us first. Most things get sorted in five minutes.
